From My Scrappy Kitchen to Yours…
In our house, I’m the primary cook. Good thing for my hubby is that I LOVE TO COOK. Thankfully, I am pretty darn good at it (most of the time). This healthy mama is all about quality WHOLE FOOD ingredients that when combined taste DELISH. I have two rules of thumb when putting food into my body.
- If it doesn’t taste good, don’t eat it. Seriously, why put something icky into my mouth? (I have to say sometimes we eat such tasty food at home that it’s near impossible and expensive to enjoy dinner out.) and
- If it doesn’t make me feel good, then skip it. Why eat something that makes you feel like trash, right?
