An energizing afternoon snack…
Ingredients (serves 2):
1 avocado, pitted
sea salt & pepper
crushed red pepper flakes
10 organic brown rice chips (I like Koyo plain), OR
2 pcs toasted whole grain bread, quartered
Thinly slice avocado. Place slices on top of 10 brown rice crackers or 2 pieces toasted whole grain bread quartered. Squeeze a drizzle of lemon over each toast, sprinkle with sea salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
