Kale Chips

___2336218These chips don’t even make it to the table so plan to eat them hot!! 

Ingredients:
1 bunch dino kale (or bag of pre-washed & cut)
Nutritional yeast
Extra Virin Olive oil
Sea salt

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Wash and chop dino kale.
3. Lay out to dry. (Make sure it’s dry or it won’t crisp up!!)
4. In bowl, toss with 1-2 TBS olive oil, a sprinkle of sea salt, 1-2 TBS nutritional yeast
5. On baking sheet, cook about 10-12 minutes.
6. Serve immediately. Delish!
